Sound familiar?

Tired of long commitments, pests that come back, or a new technician every service?

Here is how Precision handles the things people are tired of, with proof from real Google reviews.

Worried about getting locked in?

Tennessee requires a written agreement for some services, but Precision skips the lengthy commitment many companies ask for. Stay because the service works.

“He was courteous, looked professional, and wasn't pushing to sell me anything, which is awesome!…”

Lance T.· Google review

Last company didn't fix it?

Dakoda looks for what is drawing pests in and treats the source, not just the bugs you can see.

“Had a company come out for extermination over the course of a few months and saw no signs of improvements. I contacted the owner or Precision and after a couple of treatments my problem was completely eliminated!…”

Zach J.· Google review

Never sure who is showing up, or when?

Right now, Dakoda does all the service work himself. Customers say he keeps them posted before he arrives.

“…He always lets me know a couple days ahead whe it's time for visit and when he'll be in my area. He texts me that day when he's close to coming to my house so I'm not surprised when he shows up.”

Licensed, bonded & insured

What does “licensed, bonded and insured” mean in Tennessee?

Tennessee requires any company that applies pesticides for customers to hold a pest control charter from the state Department of Agriculture. To get one, a company posts a $10,000 surety bond and carries liability insurance of at least $250,000 per incident and $500,000 total (Tennessee Department of Agriculture, Certification, Licensing and Charters (opens in a new tab)).

Precision Pest Management is fully licensed, bonded and insured, under Tennessee pest control charter #5656.

Questions

Pest control questions, answered plainly

Do I have to sign a contract?

Tennessee requires a written service agreement for certain services. Precision keeps those agreements simple, without the lengthy commitment many pest control companies ask for, and service is generally term free. Ask Dakoda what applies to your job.

How much does pest control cost?

It depends on the size of the home, the pest and how far along the problem is. Call or text (865) 951-9783 and Dakoda will give you a price range over the phone. If he needs to come out and look first, there is a trip fee based on distance.

Do your plans include a warranty?

Most Precision Pest Management plans include a warranty. One-time services do not. Ask Dakoda what your plan covers.

How fast can you come out?

Call or text (865) 951-9783 and Dakoda will tell you when he can be there. Customers have written about same-day visits for hornet nests, but timing depends on the day's schedule, so ask when you call.

Is treatment OK with kids and pets in the house?

Tell Dakoda about kids and pets when you book, and ask him anything about the products and precautions. Reviewers mention how mindful he is of their pets.

Do you check for termites?

Yes. Dakoda inspects the high-moisture, high-risk spots termites use to get into a home: the basement, crawlspace and foundation. Subterranean termites are the main termite threat in East Tennessee.

What areas do you serve?

Knoxville, Oak Ridge, Powell, Clinton and Maryville, plus nearby communities. If you are close to one of those towns, call or text to check.
